- Open an elevated command prompt
- Type "Regedit" (without the quotes)
- Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\Manage\command
- Edit Default and delete %SystemRoot%\system32\CompMgmtLauncher.exe
- Add "%SystemRoot%\system32\mmc.exe %SystemRoot%\system32\compmgmt.msc" (without the quotes) to Default
- Test by right clicking on "This PC" (or open File Explorer - Right Click on "This PC") and click on "Manage"
- Computer Management should come up
