When trying to launch Enterprise Rx Script Writer via the Send Rx button on certain patients users are getting an error stating a different provider associated with the Practice is missing the following pop up

message.

This is because the Primary Provider on the Providers tab in the patient's demographics screen is missing information required for ePrescribing. You can either add the missing information to the provider in Provider Maintenance or change the Primary Provider in the patient's demographic screen to a provider that is set up for ePrescribing.
