Batching claims produces an error: Quickport - CTREE ERROR31 ERRORNO 13 RETURNED FOR FILE claimpcx Stack: INSERT_CLAIM MED1INS MEDBILLI.



Cause


An issue with the AR's history files or header damage to the ARCLPX99 table or one of the companion tables.


Solution 


The first thing you should do to attempt to correct this is run arehistwarp.bat. 

  1. Open the command prompt and navigate to the PPART directory. In the command prompt enter the following: arhistwarp.bat (hit enter)

If the above did not correct the issue then it may be damage to the ARCLPX table itself and its companion tables. 

Before beginning this process make sure everyone is out of Medical Billing and Patient Records.


 Rename –

                Arecit99.*

                Arclam99.*

                Arclhr99.*

                Arclpc99.*

                Arclpx99.*

Copy in empties

Run the utility Mark Accounts With Unbilled Insurance to set the U flags

Then attempt to run the claims but do it through the task menu not the claims button
