Care Plan - Trying to Add Using "Load All" Doesn't Populate Health Maintenance

Solution
- Go to Maintenance > Templates > Health Maintenance Templates
- Select a Health Maintenance Template - example 19-39 YEAR FEMALES
- Click 'Care Plan'
- In the Care Plan maintenance window, add the Care Plan element name
- Select the appropriate Health Maintenance Name from the drop down. Repeat as needed to complete the Care Plan template
- Click Close when done
- Go to a patient chart
- Go to Show > Care Plan
- Click 'Load from HM'
- Data corresponding to the Care Plan template created in step 5 will populate the wind
