Navigate to P:\ppart\interface\connect\<INTERFACE NAME>\Snd\CrossRef for Order Out or P:\ppart\interface\connect\<INTERFACE NAME>\Rcv\Lab\CrossRef for Lab In and open the file Snd_Pvid.ref (Lab Out) or Lab_Pvid.ref (Lab in):

Add the NPI number | Provider ID to the Snd_Pvid.ref for the new provider or
Provider ID | NPI Number for the Lab_Pvid.ref for the new provider

Restart the interfaces
